Ingredients
  

  • 100 g. of cooked meat
  • 12 oysters
  • 3 potatoes
  • 2 apples
  • 2 cooked eggs
  • 60 g. of beet
  • 3 gherkins
  • Capers
  • Chervil
  • Mustard
  • Vinegar
  • Pepper
  • Oil
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • The potatoes cook in boiling water with salt, they are peeled and they are cut in fine slices.
  • The same takes control of the beet, in a different casserole.
  • Oysters, broken off of their shell, are put to the fire in a container with water.
  • When it begins to boil, they retire and they are let cool. In an ample salad bowl a base with eggs cooked cut in slices and sprinkled with oil becomes, along with apples and gherkins also in laminae.
  • Superficially the cooked potatoes, the sliced meat and the capers are distributed. Ensaladilla is flavored with a sauce that is prepared mixing the chervil, finely mincemeat, with the mustard.
  • This mixture unties with oil and, removing without stopping with a spoon, it is completed with vinegar, salt and pepper.
  • Oysters and the beet are placed as a crown, having formed two concentric circles.
