Ingredients
  

  • 1 / 2 pound medium white beans
  • 2 large onions peeled
  • 1 cup chopped parsley
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 wineglass olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Wash beans and put them slow to soak in cool refreshing water.
