Ingredients
  

  • 600 gr. silverside calf
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Wait a cup. coriander leaves
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 3 tablespoons whiskey
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder

Instructions
 

  • After washing the beef, cut into thick slices about 1 centimeter.
  • Pichnete in the blender the garlic, coriander leaves and pepper and beat together.
  • You put in a bowl of sliced beef, drop the mixture over them and care to go anywhere.
  • Add the fish sauce, the oyster sauce, whiskey, sugar and curry, stir well and let the calf to be marinated for 2-3 hours.
  • Fry the beef in hot oil and then drain well.
  • Serve with rice thai.
