Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chickpeas
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons tachini
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Coriander

Instructions
 

  • Beat in Multan chick peas until they are mashed.
  • Add the garlic, olive oil, tachini, lemon juice, the salt and pepper.
  • If the mixture is too tight add a few tablespoons of water.
  • When you serve garnish the top with sweet paprika and coriander.
