Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams minced beef.
  • 3 tbsp chopped onion.
  • 5 tbsp fresh tomatoes in the last grater.
  • 2 tbsp chopped peppers.
  • 3 tsp pepper.
  • Salt
  • 3 k.s.pelte tomatoes.
  • dill parsley.
  • 500 gr flour dough

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl sift the flour, add a pinch of salt, little water and knead until dough thickens and becomes smooth. Leave aside.
  • In bowl, prepare the filling. Put minced meat in a bowl, the chopped onion, fresh chopped tomatoes, chopped peppers, 3 heaped teaspoons pepper, 2 teaspoons salt, tomato paste and 2 tablespoons of mixture of chopped dill and parsley. Mix well by hand.
  • Divide the dough into 4 equal parts, each opening part in a round package.
  • Spread over the entire surface of the sheet you prepared the stuffing and put it in an open oven for about 3 minutes. Repeat with as many pies as you like pie served with tomato, chili pepper and lemon juice.
