Ingredients
  

  • 200 gr. cooked noodles with oil in water
  • 2 onions sliced
  • 1 leek
  • 1 eggplant 1 zucchini and 1 green pepper chopped and sautéed in minimum oil. Take the vegetables are completely dry.
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup cream
  • 4 slices bacon chopped or dry fried
  • 2 tomatoes sliced
  • parsley
  • salt
  • pepper
  • breadcrumbs
  • 400 gr. yellow cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180-190. Grease a medium Pyrex and throw breadcrumbs. Lay the noodles, add salt, pepper, cheese, aubergines, courgettes pepper, leek and ham. Above lay the onions and tomatoes.
  • Add salt, pepper, parsley. In a bowl mix the egg with the cream with a little pepper. I drop the pan and shake to go anywhere. Throw some cheese in the pan, a little grated bread crumbs and bake 15 minutes or until you see that it has browned.
