Peel potatoes and cut into chunks quartered. Put them in a large bowl.
Stir in the chopped bacon. Stir and grated onions. Pour the lemon juice, orange juice and olive oil. Mix all ingredients vigorously with your hand.
Dilute the spicy mustard with 3 tablespoons water and pour into bowl with potatoes. Sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper. Make a final stirring the potatoes and pour the sauce into a baking oven.
Cover with damp greaseproof paper. Cook to 180 degrees for ½ hour. Remove the wax paper and toss the potatoes with care not to break. Continue cooking for another 15-20 minutes until potatoes are lightly browned on top.
