Baked potatoes flavored with bacon and chopped onion recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 2 medium onions grated
  • 6 slices bacon chopped
  • 1 tbsp hot mustard
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 1 cup of coffee oil
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Peel potatoes and cut into chunks quartered. Put them in a large bowl.
  • Stir in the chopped bacon. Stir and grated onions. Pour the lemon juice, orange juice and olive oil. Mix all ingredients vigorously with your hand.
  • Dilute the spicy mustard with 3 tablespoons water and pour into bowl with potatoes. Sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper. Make a final stirring the potatoes and pour the sauce into a baking oven.
  • Cover with damp greaseproof paper. Cook to 180 degrees for ½ hour. Remove the wax paper and toss the potatoes with care not to break. Continue cooking for another 15-20 minutes until potatoes are lightly browned on top.
