Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg beef cut into pieces
  • 200 gr. butter
  • 700 gr. plums pitted
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 1 bay leaf
  • A little Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 / 2 cup wine
  • 1 / 2 pound tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan, saute the butter meat on all sides, add onions and just get color, add wine, tomatoes, a bay leaf, cinnamon, sugar, salt, pepper and hot water.
