Ingredients
  

  • 3 palominos
  • 2 ls of white wine
  • consomme broth
  • 200 gr. of butter
  • 100 gr. of potatoes
  • 100 gr. of carrots
  • 100 gr. of turnips
  • 200 gr. of green butterbeans
  • 2 onions
  • 1 leaf of laurel
  • 1 head of garlic

Instructions
 

  • to the vegetables and the potatoes of Julian form are cut.
  • they are boiled separately, they are let cool and they are reserved.
  • the palominos moult, gut and once bled they are fried lightly with butter, along with the sliced onions, garlic and the laurel and puts everything to cook approximately with the wine during one hour, reserving the broth.
