Ingredients
  

For the dough

  • 500 gr. flour preferably hard
  • 1 package dry yeast
  • 1 k.gl salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

For the filling

  • 300 gr. Chicken fillet strips
  • 300 gr. mixture of mushrooms
  • 2 onions
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 kokkini pepper
  • 1 cup. Mozzarella sliced
  • 1 cup. Crumbled feta
  • ½ cup. Olive oil
  • 1 cup. Tomato Sauce
  • Salt pepper, oregano, basil

Instructions
 

  • For the dough mix flour, yeast, olive oil, salt, oregano. Add the water and start kneading. Knead until you get a pliable dough. Leave the dough for an hour to rise. Divide into 6 to 8 balls. Roll balls of dough into round leaves half cm thick.
  • For the filling: In a pan add the chicken with vegetables cut into slices. pour olive oil and spices. bake in oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
  • Brush the dough and tomato sauce Divide the chicken mixture. Sprinkle with mozzarella and feta. fold in half and stick the leaves edges with a little water. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 -35 minutes.
