Ingredients
  

  • 4 tsp. tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 medium onions sliced
  • Slumber 3-4 chickens halved
  • salt
  • white pepper
  • 1 tsp turmeric brown
  • ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 g saffron
  • blond raisins
  • 1 tsp. tablespoon honey
  • pomegranate seeds
  • white almond

Instructions
 

  • Put the ceramic plate (tajin) to fire, pour in olive oil, onions and let brown in a casserole.
  • Add the chicken, salt, white pepper, the turmeric, cinnamon, saffron, cover with water and let it cook for about 45 minutes.
  • Add raisins, honey, pomegranate seeds, almonds and cook for another 10-15 minutes to boil and give their flavor.
  • Serve warm.
