Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Chinese noodles
  • 8 cooked peeled medium shrimp
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger

Instructions
 

  • Soak the noodles in a little hot water for 10 minutes.
  • In a pan add the oil, shrimp and noodles after the sourosete. Mix the ingredients for 1 minute and then immediately add the grated ginger and soy sauce. Cook over high heat, add vinegar and honey, stir and sharing food in 4 plates.
