Ingredients
  

  • 4 potatoes
  • ½ chopped cabbage
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • For the filling:
  • 100 g chopped bacon
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Boil the potatoes in a saucepan with water and salt.
  • The crush to make puree (in a blender or a fork).
  • Put them in a bowl.

  • Pour the filling into the pan and cover with the other half a mixture of cabbage, potatoes.
  • Put the pan in the oven for about 33 minutes until golden brown.
