Ingredients
  

  • 4 thin slices smoked salmon
  • For mustard sauce
  • 2 tablespoons mild mustard
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons light cream
  • 2 tablespoons chopped dill

Instructions
 

  • In a blender mix the mustard, sugar and vinegar.
  • Then slowly add olive oil and put the mixer to the fastest speed.
  • Put the mixture into a bowl, and beat the cream in mixer until thickened.
  • Add whipped cream and mix in the mustard and stir well throwing the chopped dill.
  • Serve each salmon fillet with 2 tablespoons of the mustard sauce.
