- 1 hard-boiled egg sliced
- 2 carrots peeled and chopped
- 1 slice of Mortadella sliced into small pieces (Replace with a slice of turkey breast, cut into small pieces, for a healthy alternative)
- 1 slice of cheese any kind, sliced into small pieces
- 12 green olives optional
- 2 tsp. tablespoon vinegar
- 2 tsp. tablespoon olive oil
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of freshly ground black pepper
Wash the lettuce.
Dry it with paper towels.
Cut off the hands of the lettuce into small pieces and divide it into 4 small dishes or salad bowl.
Place the egg, carrot, or substitute the Mortadella and cheese or substitute on the lettuce.
Garnish with olives.
Mix vinegar, oil, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Pour a tablespoon of mixture on each salad.
