German kartoffelsalat

Ingredients
  

  • 750 g waxy aardappeis
  • 1 sour apple
  • 1 large sour pickle
  • 1 onion
  • 6 tbsp. yogonaise
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tbsp. parsley
  • 2 tbsp. chive

Instructions
 

  • Peel and wash the potatoes.
  • Cook them in a sealed dish in a microwave at full power (800 watts) 5 minutes.
  • Cut into cubes.
  • Mix apple slices, pickles, onions and spices into the potatoes and let the sauce draw.
