  • - 1 chicken
  • - 1 onion
  • - 1 cup milk
  • - 2 lemons
  • - 1-2 egg yolks
  • - 2 tablespoons butter
  • - 2 tablespoons flour
  • - 1 handful of cheese
  • - Rice

Instructions
 

  • - Boil the chicken with an onion and some salt and keep a glass of broth.
  • We prepare egg and lemon sauce with egg yolks, lemon juice and 1 cup milk.
