Ingredients
  

  • 300 ml vegetable cream kretore
  • 300 ml sunflower or other light oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1.5 tablespoon mustard can

Instructions
 

  • Put in blender all ingredients except the oil and beat to make paste.
  • We begin to gradually add the oil, continuing to hit at medium-high speed.
  • Taste the salt, and if we add a little more and strikes again.
  • The mayonnaise is ready!
  • Put it in glass jars and we keep in the refrigerator for no more than a week (the homemade mayonnaise is not known to have long life, should be consumed within 5-7 days from the date we made)
