Ingredients
  

  • ½ kilo strained yoghurt
  • ½ cucumber
  • 5-6 stalks dill
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Olive oil vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Peel the cucumber, rub a coarse grater and drain well on our hands. Finely chop the dill and garlic mash.
  • We take 1 bowl and add the yogurt, cucumber, dill and garlic and stir the ingredients. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon vinegar and mix well again.
