Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
  

  • 700 gr. beef sirloin cut into thin slices
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 / 2 cup. Olive oil
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 350 gr. white mushrooms sliced
  • 2 / 3 cup. Cream low-fat
  • ½ cup. Yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • Salt freshly ground pepper, paprika flakes

Equipment

  • 1 baking sheet
  • 1 saucepan

Method
 

  1. Salt, freshly ground pepper, paprika flakes
  2. Put the slices of meat between 2 baking sheet with a breeze or a heavy rolling pin beat.
  3. Then cut the meat into strips. Coat the meat and fry in hot oil until browned well.
  4. Remove meat from pan. Then add the onion and mushrooms and saute those for 5 minutes.
  5. Return the meat to the saucepan and add the tomato paste.
  6. Season.
  7. Make 1 cup. water and allow the meat to cook.
  8. Reduce heat.
  9. Mix the cream and add the yogurt mixture to the food.
  10. Shake the pan to warm the mixture but do not boil and cut the cream.
  11. Sprinkle with paprika and remove from heat.
  12. Serve with rice pilaf or mashed potatoes or fries.
