- For the dough mix flour, yeast, olive oil, salt, oregano. Add the water and start kneading. Knead until you get a pliable dough. Leave the dough for an hour to rise. Divide into 6 to 8 balls. Roll balls of dough into round leaves half cm thick.
- For the filling: In a pan add the chicken with vegetables cut into slices. pour olive oil and spices. bake in oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Brush the dough and tomato sauce Divide the chicken mixture. Sprinkle with mozzarella and feta. fold in half and stick the leaves edges with a little water. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 -35 minutes.
