thin slices smoked salmon
For mustard sauce

tablespoons
mild mustard

tablespoon
brown sugar

tablespoon
white wine vinegar

tablespoons
olive oil

tablespoons
light cream

tablespoons
chopped dill
Instructions
In a blender mix the mustard, sugar and vinegar.
Then slowly add olive oil and put the mixer to the fastest speed.
Put the mixture into a bowl, and beat the cream in mixer until thickened.
Add whipped cream and mix in the mustard and stir well throwing the chopped dill.
Serve each salmon fillet with 2 tablespoons of the mustard sauce.
