Ingredients
- 1 chicken
- 1 onion
- 1 cup milk
- 2 lemons
- 1-2 egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 handful of cheese
- Rice
Instructions
- Boil the chicken with an onion and some salt and keep a glass of broth.
We prepare egg and lemon sauce with egg yolks, lemon juice and 1 cup milk.
- Prepare the bechamel tsigarizontas butter and flour. Gradually add broth and milk with egg and lemon. When cool, add 1 handful of cheese.
Boil rice.
- Serve rice on a plate beside the chicken and cover the dish with grated cheese and BECHAMEL
