Ingredients
  

  • 100 g. grated cheese of your choice Parmesan, Gruyere, Gruyere, Parmesan, Gruyere
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika optional
  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1 beaten egg spreads

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 200o C. Butter a baking dish.
  • Mix the cheese with paprika and sprinkle over the pastry.
  • Fold the sheet in half.
  • Gently press the pastry edges to be stuck.
  • Cut the pastry lengthwise into strips of 1 / 100.
  • Grab one to one lane on both ends to turn the light and place in pan.
  • Apply the swivels with the beaten egg and bake for about 10 to 12 minutes until crispy and get a nice golden color.
  • Place swivels on a rack to cool

Notes

Tip: - Do not turn a pastry strips, why not make lightly, but solid.
-They are very thin. If you want more "hearty" you can cut the pastry in excess of one centimeter strips. There will be bigger, but so tasty and crispy. I just needed a few more minutes of baking.
