Ingredients
  

  • * 1 kilo of chicken wings without tips
  • * 1 clove garlic
  • * 1 / 2 teaspoon Chinese spices
  • * 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • * 1 / 2 teaspoon grated ginger
  • * 3 tablespoons vinegar apple or wine
  • * 2 tablespoons honey
  • * 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Instructions
 

  • Put wings in a Pyrex and marinate using the above ingredients for at least half an hour.
  • Put in the oven and cover with foil and bake for 1 / 2 hour.
  • Turn and cook for another 1 / 2 hour.
  • Check that the juices have evaporated if the sugar caramelized and began to darken.
  • Remove the foil, add 2 tablespoons of hot water (this will dilute the caramelized sugar and have a nice brown sauce) - put it back in the oven and bake uncovered for another 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Check and turn the chicken until the juices evaporate.
  • Let the chicken with juice to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
