Ingredients
  

  • * 1 l chickens soup
  • * 2 eetl flower
  • * 2 dl milk
  • * 4-6 eetl tomato purée
  • * 1 eetl vinegar
  • * 1 eetl mirin or sherry
  • * 2 eetl sugar
  • * 1 squeezed teentje garlic
  • * mespuntje ginger powder or fresh natural
  • * salt & pepper
  • * 50 g cubes chicken ham or omelette
  • * coriander

Instructions
 

  • - Bring the soup in a pan to cook.
  • - Rudder of the flower with the milk in kommetje papje. Joint the bloempapje under constant stir bound to soup to slightly a whole have arisen. Joint the tomato purée, vinegar, sugar, the sherry, the squeezed teentje garlic and the ginger to the soup.
