Ingredients
  

  • 3 eggs
  • 500 ml milk
  • 220 gr. flour
  • 30 ml melted butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Wait teaspoon sugar
  • A little sunflower oil for frying
  • 1 kg of yoghurt ice cream

Instructions
 

  • Beat all ingredients except ice cream in the mixer and add to hot pan-which have passed with little oil-the amount that fits in a ladle. To go everywhere the mixture, turn the circular pan.
  • Cook for a minute, flip the pancake using a spatula and leave for another minute.
  • Reiterates the same procedure until you finish the mixture.
  • Fill the pancakes with freshly cut fruits like strawberry, banana, pear, kiwi.
  • Serve with a scoop ice cream, either on or next crepe.
