Beat all ingredients except ice cream in the mixer and add to hot pan-which have passed with little oil-the amount that fits in a ladle. To go everywhere the mixture, turn the circular pan.

Fill the pancakes with freshly cut fruits like strawberry, banana, pear, kiwi.
Serve with a scoop ice cream, either on or next crepe.
